Reused Elements in JKM LibGuides: Find Books

This is a safe home for all boxes and pages that appear in several guides, so that the original element is not deleted accidentally and so the element can be updated for every guide with one edit.

Step 1: Search the JKM Library

To find a book held by the JKM Library, search the online catalog:

Books in the JKM Library

To find a book held by the JKM Library, search the Online Catalog:

If the library does not have a book you  need, try EZ Borrow, a consortia of libraries that share their collections.

*Ignore all books in E-ZBorrow that have a book icon with an 'e' on them. These are e-books, which cannot be requested. Instead look for a print version (no 'e' on the book icon).

Step 2: Search E-ZBorrow & CredoReference

If the library does not hold the book you need, try E-ZBorrow.

Searching for a reference book? Try Credo:

CredoReference
Provides access to 371 reference book titles from leading publishers that are searchable by title, keyword, or subject area. Subjects covered include: Art, biographies, business, geography, law, literature, medicine, science, religion, and much more.

Step 3: Search ILLiad & WorldCat

Still no luck? Try searching other libraries in the area and around the world:

ILLiad
Request books (and journal articles) not available in the library.

WorldCat
Request books from libraries worldwide.
